Namwala Residents Shun The Constitution Making Process

Namwala district has recorded 11 submissions during the just ended submissions to the draft constitution of the English version.

This was discovered at the official opening of the comments box for the first draft constitution held at the Namwala Council Chambers on August 24, 2012 for the public to see.

The event was attended by various stakeholders from government departments, civic organizations, and residents of Namwala.

And speaking at the same function, Namwala Council Secretary, Davies Musenge, appealed to the residents of Namwala to make submissions following the arrival of the Tonga version of the draft.

And Namwala District Commissioner, Gevar Nsanzya, said t he was saddened by the small number of submissions out a population of about 110, 000 people and appealed to the four chiefs in Namwala to tell their subjects to submit in the Tonga language so that there is an improvement in the number of submissions.

@enji, you are right. Tumfweko news is HH, Tonga and UPND. We know Tumfweko is now PF vuvuzela Nr. 2 after the Post. For some reason, mainly fear i think, they cannot leave HH alone. HH is on the move. Arrest him, call him names, the man has proven himself.

this constitution doen’s reperesent the wishes of many zambians but the nyandules..the bembas who believe in fast money..we pray to God that soon we have a better president ..Luvale,Kaonde or Mbunda..we shall change it…
