Even the Bible is very clear,if a man kills with an axe accidently he is not guity of murder. Whatmore the man been blind.
Our police should bring this man to court soonest so that the courts can declare him innocent.
HH was arrested and taken to court the same hour, but the poor blind man may rot in remind prison. such is our law.

State should immediately release the blind man and the blame is on shoulder of the state for not offering assistive devices to blind people.

Even those who comment with non-existent words like “falsed” instead of “forced” should be jailed for wasting their parents money and tax payers money and not learning anything at school!
