Could it have been cooked up? Nobody knows but the fact still remains that UPND is a tribalistic since the death of Anderson Mazoka. We saw it from that convention when HH was voted president, through to various elections, to now with letter or documents such as this. The goodness with tongas is that they are principled but the problem is that this can sometimes be extreme to point of blocking their clear judgement on important matters. Personally i think UPND can do better without HH and only then can they have a chance in winning any election before this man makes this party extinct. This story is in all the news media.
