Please ensure that a SI is signed so as to freeze the prices for 3 months to avoid exploitation otherwise its very risky on the consumer side.Or alternatively make a mandatory double price tugs(Unrebased/rebased) to run concurrently for atleast 3 months.

If these notes stand, they will be laundered like mad! The govt really need to get serious. 1st of all the document on boz site is not protected. Just use illustrator and post the results. If you are half as good, these notes can easily be made. The 100 has a design error on the hind legs of the buffalo, no layer was used!
