This is a very simple case to crack and get all the culprits to book. One doesnt need to be a crack detective or crack auditor/accountant to get to the bottom of the case and get the corrupt beans out. The passports are numbered and recorded; their movements from office to office are all recorded; the personnel handling them at each stage are disgnated, so this straight case for the police and acc. Unless the rotten beans has also contaminated the investigation teams them we would implore the higher office to come in for us. We cant stand the inconvinience Zedians are going thru in foreign lands just for carrying a Zedian passport. I hope these authorities read these comments coz there is a lot good advise.

It must be possible to get the Passport numbers of the missing passports. Once this is determined, these passports should be revoked. All those caught up with these passports should then be arrested for interrogation. They would indicate how they acquired these passports. The then Officer in Charge of Passport Office should answer for this 9 billion Kwacha loss and great compromise of National security..
