In western countries, an appreticeship certificate is better regarded than a university degree. Why? Hands on experience is better than all the theories when it comes to adding value to a business or company.
Many of u bloggers worry n critise each other on spelling / gramma but at d end of d day, you are all communicating. An english man would tell u, differences in spelling but same meaning. It doesn’t matter d spelling or typos coz at d end of d day, english is a foreign language to every african man n woman. Chapwa!

At times people should learn to tell the truth. The NCZ management were given money to pay retires up to date the beneficiaries have not been paid instead they been paid financial stories. NCZ management started buying time by mentioning the issue of ghost workers over two months they are still sorting out ghost workers and they have not got not even one. Any delay from Govt invention then NCZ will be like Mulungushi textiles where the employees have to wait until the there is a change of Govt. I suspect NCZ management have deposited the money in a FIXED DEPOSIT ACCOUNT which has not yet matured. NCZ retires were even planning to go State House immediately after the head of State arrived from South Korea why. Because of the tricks NCZ management are using now. Am not an NCZ employee but I have friends within NCZ circles. They are other dirty financial activities going on.

University studies do not train you for a JOB, they make you employable! That is wwhy they are research based. A real graduate may even go further to be a job creator. Sadly, most lumperns come out of UNZA as beggers for jobs.
