Woman 54, Jailed 10 years For Raping Man Aged 19
A woman from Fort Rixon in Matabeleland North Province who took advantage of their 19-year-old worker while her husband was away at work and forcibly became intimate with him was yesterday sentenced to 10 years in prison.
The woman aged 54 pleaded not guilty to aggravated indecent assault, but was convicted by senior Western Division regional magistrate Mr Owen Tagu. Three years of her sentence were suspended for five years on condition of good behaviour.
Mr Goodluck Katenaire, for the State said on the night of 18 to 19 January this year, the woman and the man slept under one roof, but in different rooms. During the night, the woman went to the room where the man was sleeping and asked him to join her in her bedroom, but he refused since he knew that she was married to his employer.
She kept on bothering him, but he refused and the State proved that she lifted him up and took him to her bedroom where she laid him on a reed mat and undressed him. He tried to get up, but she pinned him down and went on to be intimate with him at about 5am on 19 January. The man decided to terminate his employment and went back to his parents’ homestead where he narrated his ordeal to his father and a police report was later made leading to her arrest.
In passing sentence, Mr Tagu said while it is the practice of the courts to try and keep women first offenders out of custody, the offence for which she stood convicted of was a serious one.
“Cases of women sexually assaulting men are now prevalent and that is why the legislature saw it fit to pass laws that are meant to deter offenders. You are a married woman and the complainant was your employee and by abusing him you betrayed the trust that had been bestowed in you. A custodial sentence would meet the justice of this case,” said the magistrate.

Firstly l would say it wasnt rape any one from the police unit or medical will agree with me that it wasnt rape because with rape theres is no penetration.Men are a weaker sex and the aroused very fast.He proudly participated in the act,why did he terminate his employment.After going back to his father that is when he realised reporting.there is more to it, may he thought the relationship will continue or he was going to get some money that didnot happen.l think it is important to use correct words when giving reports and reporting l once saw a real rape case where a nineteen year old boy raped a seventeen year old girl penetraion could not take place hence the girl was injured she could hardly walk

@AMM penetration do occur even in rape. Haven’t you ever head of women who get impregnated through rape?By definition rape is “The crime of forcing another person to submit to sex acts, especially sexual intercourse”. Try to just go through the whole story again “He tried to get up, but she pinned him down and went on to be intimate with him at about 5am on 19 January”.

No woman can rape a man if he is not interested. It takes interest for dick to bulge. You can tug, bite, smother or even swallow it, if the man is not interested, it will not rise!
The guy was a poor performer whom the woman discarded after their fack. Since it was no longer forthcoming, he quit in shame & hit back.

a normal man should get an erection between 3am and 6am everyday with or without seduction; its just natural. a woman can take advantage of this golden period.my only worry is that there are so many diseases nowdays and its important to report to police whenever someone attacks you in a sexual way against yo will.

I can’t believe the ignorance being displayed by some people on here concerning this issue of FEMALE RAPISTS! Yes, there are female rapists and pedophiles out there. I am not sure what the age of concert is in the country where this incidence took place, but in other countries, especial here in Western countries, this woman would be labeled a PEDOPHILE for life—and correctly so! But the ignorance and childish comments on here concerning such a serious issue are quite telling! Telling in are very bad way. I dare say I am not sure if it is because of the UNINFORMED or UNEDUCATED AFRICAN IN SOME OF US!
I am pretty sure if it was a girl of the same age who was raped here, everybody would be screaming “BLOODY MURDER!” Unfortunately, I see this happening a lot even in cases of violence towards men/boys by women. Somehow, we tend to believe women more in these circumstances than we do men. And this has led to a lot of men suffering in silence and female criminals who should be sitting in prison getting away with “murder”.
Female pedophiles (and there are plenty of them out there) have gotten away with raping our young male children because of ignorance and ridiculous cultural norms and beliefs, beliefs and norms that totally have no basis in science or otherwise. Somehow we think that only girls/women are psychologically damaged by such acts of sexual violence/rape by adults. We think boys should simply suck it up and be “MEN”—-how ridiculous, shallow, and biased can we get as a species!?
Just look at some of the comments above and you will understand why a 19 year old boy wouldn’t want to come forward after being sexually victimized by an adult female—it is really a shame! Pedophilia is pedophilia, whether committed by a man or a woman!

It is ridiculous to talk of a 54 yr old and warn out woman raping a 20 yr strong young man. He should either have been lying unconscious or he gave in after some negotiations and wanted to enjoy himself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They should just relaese the old lady.

Common and right knowledge tells me that man needs an erection to enable penetration during the process of copulation. No erection takes place under fear and so it goes to prove that woman cannot rape a man!!!!! I stand to corrected unless there are other forms of sex not involving the sex organs in rape cases of woman on man!!!!!

Guys we should take time to understand the bodies and feelings of our spouses/intimate partners if they are to be addicted to us and nobody else unless otherwise. All you need is an average penis, communication and interest of your partner.Assuming you have basic needs so that stress of food, clothing, warmth and privacy doesn’t wear you down.
Can you imagine a married woman going for months or even years without the feeling of even a basic orgasm.Unfortunate in her quest for satisfaction, she lands on the 19 years old village boy who frustrates her further in bed and only manages to send her to jail.
