IT IS REALLY DISAPPOINTING TO SEE THE LEVEL OF AWARDS CEREMONIES THAT ARE EXIBITED BY ZAMBIANS. ONE WONDERS AS TO WHEATHER ORGANIZERS LEARN ANYTHING FROM EVERY EVENTS IN TERMS OF THE SAME.

IT SEEMS IT IS ALL BASED ON IMPULSE ARRANGEMENT. IF THE ORGANIZER WATCH OTHER COUNTRIES’ ANNUAL MUSIC AWARD CEREMONIES!

POOR STAGE MANAGEMENT, POOR SOUND SYSTEMS, POOR PRESENTATIONS. IT IS SO PATHETIC AND EVERYBODY IS IN A HURRY. NO WONDER THEY SAY: ” HURST MAKES WORST”.

NO WONDER YOU DO NOT WIN HEARTS AND MINDS OF SPONSORS TO BE. EVERYONE IS OUT TO MAKE HIS/HER PERSONEL CV, BUT SURELY, POORLY. I THINK IT SHOULD NOW BE RENAMED TO BORED AND BURNT MUSICAL ANNUAL AWARDS!

WHEATHER IN-STUDIO OR OUTSIDE BROADCASTING, IT LEAVES MUCH TO BE DISERED

We started well i think, but along the way we sealed our eyes. The born and bread awards have suffered just the way the defunct Ngoma awards suffered under the untouchable ms Mulenga Kapwepwe. its not the issue of anybody over staying, its the issue of doing things better. if u stay a minute and do rubbish or stay for fifty minutes doing rubbish you are one and the same. Apart from all the flows experienced during the 2012 B&B awards,IK needs support but he must learn to listen.
