Zesco needs collosal sums of money for them to expand the electricity generation capacity. However they do not have enough money and thats why they want to increase tarriffs. Even when they get the money, it could take years for them to build new power stations. Demand for electricity continues to increase rapidly and out-strip supply. So many new houses, offices, shops, factories, mines, etc have been and continue to be built whilst zesco infrastructure has not been developed at the same pace. Thus all have to share the little that is available. Hence load shading. Solution is to give zesco more money for recapitalisation.

These are times when l regret having voted for such a person,God forbid if l made a mistake by voting for Mr. Sata. If indeed l made a mistake God should never allow me to vote again. It seems our president doesn’t know we voted him to end loadshedding,fight corruption,to develop our nation all of which he’s not doing,shame on you for misleading us into voting for you. Fail to deliver & l’ll vote u out & u’ll cry like Rupiah Banda. To Hell with your comedy.

It is no longer load shading but punishment for using ZESCO facility. There is nothing to to enjoy being connected to ZESCo actually. Do something Mr. President. Enough is enough.

Hahaha! One of these days he’ll wake up only to find there’s no mealie meal in state house. This goes to show the President has forgotten he promised to end load shedding in 90 days-we are still watching him.

Hahaha….Mr President Sir please spare us the comedy!! You mean you have changed? You should be having updates from the CEO’s of these strategic entities such as Zesco, Water Utility Companies Countrywide, FRA, RDA, Hospitals Countrywide, to find out their Plans, Actions, and Deadlines etc and crack the whip if they are not performing, how often are you meeting with them, how often are you meeting with your Ministers and Party Cadres to enlighten you of the problems the ordinary Zambians are facing You need Advisers,Planners, Strategists,and most importantly, you need to be taught etiquette from the school of Diplomacy etc, you cannot afford as Head of State to openly show ignorance on the Governance of this Nation. God forbid!!!!

When pipo u think would worship u throughout your life and then start nicknaming you then know, me of one gentleman in the UNIP who used to treat his given gvmnt workers, the other time, he was coming from ndola with one of his drivers, on the way, the then dr kaunda was making changes in the cabinet, and unfortunately this same gentle was removed, not changed but fired, immidiately the driver stopped the vehicle and flashed the so called past minister behind and asked him to sit in front JUST AS A PASSANGER, SO THOSE WHO THINK THEY WILL RIDE ON THE PRIORITY FOOLS ALL ALONG THEIR LIFE JOURNEY SHOULD TAKE THIS AS A WARNING.
