Such cases in zambia are just like someone once said ‘A commedy of errors’.Look at Kapoko’s case, the guy is aquitted.Masumba has a stolen diploma, the case is dead.Liato burried K2bn,today that money is legally his,Muteteka stole a canter in chisamba today the case is dead.RB’s Mpundu Trust is a dead case. The problem is our police rush to the press before doing conclusive investigations.

Commedy of errors indeed. Every time I help the justice system mete out the ‘hard labour’ portion of prison sentences, it’s only typically youths locked up for assault, petty thieving and the type who fill up prison. Real masholi are protected by party alliances.
