HH Vows To Fight On

HH2UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema has vowed to fight violations of human rights and the breakdown of the rule of law allegedly being perpetrated by the Patriotic Front government with civility.

Mr. Hichilema says he will use all the possible means both local and international to ensure a better Zambia for the people.

In an interview with Qfm NEWS, Mr. Hichilema has maintained that there is nothing immoral about him and some leaders of the opposition seeking intervention from the Commonwealth on the alleged gross abuses of human rights and undemocratic tendencies by the PF government.

He says going to the Commonwealth was the most civil way of handling the alleged injustices being committed by the government.

Mr. Hichilema says the Commonwealth will prove for themselves how intolerant the Patriotic Front government is.

He says those condemning the move by opposition political leaders are enemies of the rule of law and that they have no respect for people’s rights.

I wonder if you are in your right frame of mimds. It would be prudent for you if you had elaborated your claim by refering to traceable evidence if any.It was just recently that your party was threatening to gang rape madam Nawakwi, your special advisor attacking a camera man, your anouncing of the mapatizya formular etc…..so clarify to us what rights youre talking about.

Mailoni brother number 1, one side you want Zambians to suffer with sanctions from the Commonwealth, on the other side you are saying you want to fight for the Zambians. Are thinking straight? Which human right are you talking about? Is it for the Hudlums you asked to go and fight the police or the drunk ones you organised to escort you to the Police? Please do not generalise your own battles. we are very happy with the PF Govt so far and our rights have not been taken away. We are only asking the PF to give us regular updates on the link Zambia 8000 project and to reorganise the farming input and payments to the farmers.
