Why shud a graduate look for employment wen he has acquired the skill. If you can’t be a boss then become an employer yoself. Lol. Its true dear family businesses are tricky and disappointng.

Hi Democrat

Not all people who get promoted to higher positions get promoted because they studied. Imagine a situation where you are a manager in a business owned by a family. The owner is in his seventies and is contemplating retirement. He gets his son who is straight from ‘varsity probably aged 25 to become your boss when you are 50. In such a scenario, even if you become a professor many times over, you will still have to play second fiddle to the family member who will be appointed Managing Director/Executive Chairman etc.
