[UNEDITED]
Dear Editor,
I am a Zambian girl studying medicine(MBBS) in china and I would like to share my story of how an agent who is bringing students to china is telling lies and taking money from the students who go to him. I came to china in march 2011, using an agent called pastor Justin Likuka from Ndola an his company is called JBL.
My friend and I went to him after being introduced by another friend. He told us to choose the school from a list he gave us, he told us how good it was and all crappy lies, we paid him alot of money for his services. When we arrived at the school in china called jiujiang university to our shock it was nothing like he spoke of, a few months later we discovered that the school was not accredited to teach MBBS, it was all a business deal between him, a Chinese and a Pakistan man.We researched and found a better school and applied, but moving to the school was not easy.
They refused to give us a refund after paying $5700 of school fees each and we went through some visa issues. In china if a school is small and not accredited, the government does not allow it to bring foreigners but for business Chinese workers there do that, the Zambian embassy is not even aware that there are students there therefore people who graduate cannot work as doctors because the education there is very poor and fake ,their certificates are also fake, its just for business.
I am sharing my story so that people in Zambia should not make the same mistake, so far according to the Zambian embassy in China 6 students graduated from such schools and they went back to Zambia but could not work, right now 3 students that man brought to another bad school came back to Zambia recently after discovering this. As I am writing this he has just brought in 5 students here, he came with them, and he will be taking them to a bad school, but they do not know anything.please publish this story so that all Zambians who want to come to china should use proper means of coming to a good school.

This “Pastor Justin Likuka” is indeed a crook, I had an experience with him where he swindled me whilst I was in China. It is not just school, He is a conman all round. I intended to commence criminal Proceedings against him but I left it upto God Almighty. I am very sure when he reads my comment he will recall how he swindled with his so many lies about FNB Zambia Banks and lieing how chinese ATM where malfunctioning. He under rated my knowledge about how well I know FNB, i did not even tell him I had an account there. He uses “Pastor” title in vain and in the end causing harm to alot of Children of God. He does criminal actions with malice afore thought, God will punish him, the devil is a liar!

I believe God works miracles through people like you. What God wants you to do is to report this BASTARD to the authorities (e.g. Police). By being quiet this ***** will continue conning God’s children.

Dear Editor
I wud like to advise my friends to not use their hate in order to tanish other peoples image. Am a student in China, came here thru Pastor. Likuka after we tried on our own making applications and failed
He got my admission in.less than 3 weeks. What I have come to know is that many times we get what we pay for. The author of this malicious article paid for a school they could afford. When I went to JBL. I was given a list with prices, I chose the school myself, not Likuka or anybody. It is sad that people want to tarnish others like this. A lot of other Zambians have benefited from the help of this man, and some are even working in Zambia. Editor. You will need to investigate some stories before u publish them. Get the facts right as this can just injure innocent people.

I think Gladys you are right indeed its up to one to choose which school or university they want to go to and that goes with fees. Guys you must know that cheap is expensive, they chose a school which was cheap and they have paid for that. Now we would like the pastor to clear the air on this one.

I strongly stand to differ with the writer of the above false story as i know the pastor implicated and his company which had sent a lot of students in various universities in China including the label student who is the author of this nonsense.
I understand the writers name should be Dorcas who was helped by the same company and upon entering and understanding a bit of china grew big-headed and wanted to change schools like clothes hence this hatred for the pastor.
How come amongest the many she is the only one complaining and lying in this way? Dorcas and Mutande as we have reseached to know you very well and get ready to leave china as the same company took you there and will see you out- i can forsee this comming

@Gladys – question here is if the good and bad are on the same list, who is responsible for quality assurance? The prospective student who has never been there? Or is it a matter of the seller actually doing due diligence so that even the least affordable is at least credible? Your assertions are not convincing.

Whoever and whichever the truth is, what is the business of my dear Pastor in all this? What is the mandate of his calling? If my dear Pastor wishes to do such good business than he should better drop off the title ‘PASTOR’ so that he can help us not to ridicule it. I think he can do good business without the title ‘PASTOR’, or else he should concentrate on his calling and ministry. Stay blessed my dear PASTOR!

@ Ike Okai. I also first and foremost wonder why not only him but a few others are enjoying the title pastor i think wrongly. I thought a pastor is a shepherd and a shepherd has sheep to care for?
Anyway he knows best who he is since pastors are called of God i leave him alone.
As for the story its better to listen to the clients and see if their views are consistent. The pastor wont be the source of the truth for conclusion here because he cant oppose himself of course.

Gladys a.k.a Pastor Likuka just same bloody person. People these are not pastors they are schemers. Keep away, instead of teaching the word of God he is scheming shady deals from poor students all over, when does he have time to spread the word of business… I mean word of God! What a lame pastor – BUSTED!

Pastor Likuka has always been a crook. His background is well known from the time he left Chilegwa Basic School in Ndola. in fact he calls himself Doctor Likuka even though he has never been to any University.
Ask yourself one question, How can a man of God be involved in helping Students to study in Pagan land?
There is very ‘little or NO’ christianity in china and i think the best the so called Pastor Likuka could have been doing is to preach the word of God to the people of China instead of helping people to become more and more isolated from God by going to study in China.
Granted, any one can choose to study in china but i feel that such a choice should not be with the assistance of a man of God. Pastors should be pre- occupied with drawing more and more people to God as the end of this world draws ever and ever near.
If this Pastor wants to engage in business, let him drop the title he carries around. God can not be mocked.

This is gross character assassination and damage to the company in question. In the background both the sponsor and the writer of the lady in question are offering apologies. I know he’s a Pastor and he will forgive but some damages can never be mended.
I know the Pastor differently, as both a minister of the Word and businessman. He’s hardworking, helpful, resourceful and focused. He doesn’t deserve this, honestly. I believe they should have been some misunderstanding between the two parties but surely is this really really out of hand.

If you are going to advise people and provide information from which people should chose, you are in my learned opinion liable for the contents of the information and failing to disclose necessary and vital information. In this respect The Pastor (I assume he has stufdied Theology and accredited as such) provided a list of colleges and facilitated applications for candidates. The fact that he had a list implies to me that he had information about those institutions and therefore not only was he responsibile for disclosing which insitutions had accreditations and implications of their qualifications, he is also liable for withholding information.
If the allegations against the Pastor are true, he should be procesuted and the Government should also prosecute him for money laundering and fraud.
No smoke without fire?
There is also the case about the giovernements inability to protect its citizens from being exploited by micky mouse instituions around the world.
Ona final note to my compatriots, please remeber that China is a third world country and most of gtheir standards are even worse than ones, so chose wisely. China is a military power, that does not necessary equate to technological and scolatisc advancement.
