Shamenda has caused lot of problems to the PF government. He is destroying everything we worked for as PF supports. This man is just a new comer in PF. Who told him that a foreigner can NOT be a good HR practitioner. The so called foreigner HR officers are fathers and mothers of Zambians children who need to go to schools and be looked after. THIS ARTICLE IS EMPTY.THE TITLE ATTRACTED ME COZ I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO DISCUSS THIS NEW FORM OF SLAVERY CALLED LABOUR BROKING. LABOUR BROKERS ARE COMPANIES THAT ARE CONTRACTED BY LARGE CORPORATIONS SUCH AS THE MINES, BREWERIES, ETC TO PROVIDE THEM WITH LABOUR AT MARKET-RELATED RATES WHICH THE LABOUR BROKER SKIMS OFF HEAVILY INTO SLAVE WAGES WHENPAYING THE EMPLOYEE. SOUTH AFRICA IS REGRETTING HAVING ALLOWED IT, AND IS BATTLING TO ABOLISH THE PRACTISE WHICH IS SO RAMPANT AMONG BIG BUSINESS, AND MY WORRY IS THAT IT IS ALSO HAPPENING IN ZAMBIA. AND FOR AN ECONOMY SUCH AS OURS, IT IS LOGICAL TO EXPECT THAT THESE SO-CALLED INVESTORS WILL COME IN WITH THEIR OWN LABOUR BROKERS TO THE PERIL OF OUR FELLOW CITIZENS (BROTHERS AND SISTER).
