THOSE CHOPPERS WERE THE SAME ONES INHERITED FROM UNIP DAYS. THEIR DECOMMISSIONING IS LONG OVERDUE. SEVERAL BUFFALO PLANES SIMILAR TO THE ONE THAT KILLED OUR NATIONAL TEAM HAD BEEN CRASHING BEFORE THE FATEFUL GABON DISASTER. IT SEEMS 20 YEARS DOWN THE LINE ZAF HAS NEVER LEARNT FROM THE GABOON DISASTER. THE REPORT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED AS IT WOULD HAVE EXPOSED ZAF’S CONTRIBUTION TO THAT CRASH AND PREVENTED THESE CHOPPER CRASHES & OTHER UNPUBLISHED CRASHES. GBM WAKE UP INSTEAD OF LOOKING FOR TENDERS

i have always feared for university of lusaka it is just too close to the city airport, everytime we are in class we always hear sounds of aeroplanes taking off and landing by these trainee pilots,i just hope one will never land on top of our school.we learn with alot of fear.

LET US LOOK AT VERY IMPORTANT ISSUE, THANK RUSHING TO CHANGE THE CURRENCY, NEVER HEARD OF MAJOR REPAIRS OF AIRCRAFTS, ONCE LIVED INmBAL AIR FORCE, TRAVELLED WITH A DC6 we left mbala somewhere mid 13 hours though i cant remember propery, we were two passenger and two pilots, when we reached lusaka, we could not land, and the pilots decided to go beyond the clouds, until somewhere maybe around 21 hours, luck of what i could not tell, but we were told there is a fault so we cant just land just now, luckly we survived, sorry for my brothers/brother, may his soul rest in peace.

    we love u

It was a day for Helicopters. One crashed in Afganistan killing 5 and another in Isreal killing 2. These are accidents nothing about China or which ever source it depends more on improper operation, application and alot of other factors including Juju in the case of ZAF.

just observe the fire machine on the accident scene, can you really dispute the fact that we are still using the UNIP era equipment. Its about time we looked into refurbishing military equipment and logistics other than just giving them free milie meal. PF is a listening government, am sure someone will look into the matter so long peaple talk.

PF promised good before getting power. They are now busy pleasing non-performers even at our expense – SAD. Giving ill-qualified ZAF, ARMY, ZNS, POLICE, OP, ETC is no use when not facilitated. We shall vote you out next time. You are doing this even for the well qualified though you do not only facilitate but also pay a quarter of what you pay these gun toting criminals. Sorry dead and injured brothers

LETS EITHER DECLARE A 100 DAYS NATIONAL MOARNING OR SCRAPE OFF THE GUN TOTTING ORGANISATIONS IN ZAMBIA (army, zaf, zns, op, police, etc)
PF may need a refferendum anyway.
