Prof Nakandu Luo Found Guilty Of Illegally Banning Tujilijili

Lusaka High Court Judge Dominic Sichinga has found Professor Luo guilty of breaching rules of natural justice when she issued the ban without hearing from the manufacturers.

    Ba Tumfweko icishinka tamwakwata. Why did the ZNBC report that the same judge you are accussing of finding Prof Luo guilty upheld her ban sayin that she took all the required procedure when banning Tujirijiri

    Public interest must be weighed against other people’s rights like the companies….the judge is simply saying follow rules even if you are right…hope you all understand that that’s what justice damands
