Prophet Makandiwa Claims ‘He Will Walk on Waters Like Jesus Christ’ To Prove He is Genuine

By Correspondent

I will walk on top of dangerous Kariba waters to prove a point to those who still doubt me, the United Family International Church (UFIC) founder Emmanuel Makandiwa has said.

He said he would do so to confound those doubting his powers.

Makandiwa made the claim just before he jetted out to the United States.

Jesus walking on water, is one of the miracles of Jesus in the Gospels. Accounts of the miracle appear in three Gospels: Matthew 14:22-33, Mark 6:45-52 and John 6:16-21.

Makandiwa001His spokesperson Prime Kufa told our correspondent the “man of God did not directly challenge anyone,” but was not amused by people who doubted him.

“All he said was people should not doubt miracles,” Kufa said.

“They just need to believe and anything is possible even walking on water. He said if people are saying he is using evil spirits then they should come and be witnesses to his works or offer deliverance. He said God is able to make him walk on water if need be so that his critics can believe.”

This is not the first time that Makandiwa has threatened to repeat the miracle performed by Jesus Christ.

“Why did Jesus Christ walk on water when he could use the available boats?,” Makandiwa said in a January 2013 sermon.

The charismatic preacher has stirred controversy with his “miracles” including one in which a baby was reportedly born after a “three-day gestation period”. His UFI church is drawing crowds of up to 60 000.

Makandiwa has told his followers to brace for more miracles declaring “people with disabilities will be healed; bald heads will grow hair while others without teeth will develop new teeth.”

The story tells how, following the miracle of the feeding of the five thousand, Jesus sent the disciples by boat to the other side of Lake Galilee while he remained behind, alone, to pray. Night fell, the wind rose, and the boat became caught in a storm. In the midst of the storm and the darkness the disciples saw Jesus walking on the sea. They were frightened, thinking they were seeing a spirit, but Jesus told them not to be afraid, they were reassured. Jesus calmed the storm and entered the boat, and they went on to the shore. According to a detail found only in Matthew, Peter walked out onto the water towards Jesus, but he became afraid and began to sink, and Jesus rescued him.

PLS HAVE RESPECT FOR JESUS. JESUS PERFORMED MILACLES FOR GLORY OF HIS FATHER, NOT TO PROVE ANYTHING LIKE THIS PASTOR. AT SOMETIME , TEACHERS OF LAW AND OTHERS WANTED JESUS TO PEFORM MILACLES SO THAT HE PROVES TO THEM THAT HE IS FROM GOD. JESUS REFUSED. CHECK YOUR HEART YOU PASTOR!

What this false prophet does not know is that people are not disputing his walking on water, all they are saying is that he can walk on water using fima bad spirits he has been using all along.
Jesus never proved a point to anybody but did all he did to the glory of the Lord. He is behaving like that other guy in the most populous nation in Africa. Who made a person to eat faecal matter he released himself before the very prophet’s camera and drunk urine. How do you ask a repented person to do what he was doing before repentence so that you put it on camera? Shame false prophets

If that so called pastor wants to convince me, he must resurrect a person who has been dead and buried for four days. Not that simple magic which even TB Joshua and Bim-sala-bim can do. Malabish!

Sometimes, ordinary life and witness can be a powerful tool to let God’s presence come among us, even more than the extraordinary manifestations. Be humble, man of God, and let God do the talking if He really is the one. Then in due course, things will be clear..

Remmeber Noah, God will not come on his own he will come through humans this time, when Noah was building the Ark people thought he was mad, observations is better than urguing, lets wait and see, the criptures say, when the Lord comes, he will ask and say, I came and was hungry, but u did not give me food, someone hungry will come and you will refuse to feed him, he refers to the same. He is surely going to be making miracles through people for us to see his power not physically like before, we are living in a sinnful world where before his ccoming, ifi papo will be coming through people.

Let us be careful and watch with a prayerful eye, God will open out sight.

Miracles are not for showing off. The only enemy we are supposed to challenge is the devil. Even if the servant of the Lord walks on Kariba or Victorial Falls what is he going to gain. What is important is to be genuine in whatever things we are doing. The spirit of God is not proud. It works on Faith and it can do wonders. He is able to do anything that will bring glory to God. And servants of God must understand that it’s not them but Him.

If u are truly a man of GOD,humble yourself and let GOD perform great miracles through you and the people will believe you. Avoid talking-talking and STOP comparing yourself with JESUS our sinless CHRIST.I believe anyone who truly depends on GOD and obey all HIS COMMANDMENTS can perfsorm great miracles, but one should not boast about the miracles he/she performs.Even the devil can perform miracles through the people who depend on him. The difference between miracles of GOD and miracles of the devil is that, people who perform miracles through the power of GOD glorifies GOD but those who perform miracles through the power of the devil glorifies human beings. So which side do u belong to? U know the the answer!

He should do it soon so that people can learn why miracles are for showing off. His followers better be prepared to fish out his body because it wouldn’t be fair to trouble emergency services on this.

Do not be surprised we have been warned about such people some will even come and claim they are the Christ themselves. The question is what is he trying to prove? and whom does he think he is cheating? He can go on using his bad spirits but the day of reckoning is coming when all things shall be laid bear
