Kaingu Defends Immoral Dora Siliya’s ‘Middle Finger’ Gesture

“Where people like it or not, I am grounded on cultures. I have studied the Bemba cultures because they are many. There are Bisas, and all other tribes in that region. I have studied the Ngonis. There is nothing insulting about raising a middle finger. they should just let Hon Siliya continue with her good work,” said Kaingu, whose daughter Iris, was recently fined by the magistrate’ court for featuring in a pornographicvodeo.
“Even if that (Dora’s action) is on video, what does the raising of a middle finger mean? Part of my PhD study is on culture, there is no culture in Zambia that uses that as an insult…73 cultures In Zambia have nothing on record that shows that actually the raising of the middle finger is an insult.”
He defended Siliya, describing her action as just a mere mocking expressing.

if you take Dora Siliya to court for doing that, you will just look ******. Kaingu is right, there is no one culture in zambia that describes thay gesture as an insult.

Kaingu nama PhD yabufi….I cannot wrap this nonsense around my head for one second. You seriously need prayers or some divine intervention because siding with Dora Siliya on this issue is tantamount to gross indiscipline….if the people of Zambia are listening…please never again should we allow MMD back in power. I say never….including Nevers. I live in the United States and I tell u if u ever raised the middle finger to anyone…..chances are you will get shot at or beaten up something like that…it’s that big of a deal. Go away with your ****** PhD…in culture what culture…???

Kaingu you must remember that in Zambia you use the English Law I can not believe my eyes to read this from you. What dola did is a seriours insult if dola was in the British paliament she would have been asked to reseign, Kaingu no wonder you daughter acts the ways she does.

Part of my PhD study is on culture,there is no culture in Zambia that uses internet, so there is nothing wrong with my daughter having sex on camera and distributing it on internet. She was just having funny and mocking me, there is nothing wrong with that.

Kaingu is thinking like a dinosaur, Zambia is not an island, we have to follow internationally accepted behaviour when we are dealing with people not only Zambians!
We do have deaf and dumb people in Zambia and they use a sign language, maybe he should ask them what it means to to raise a middle finger? Maybe he forgot about them in his study?
People like Kaingu will let Zambians to be racially abused by foreigners and his excuse will be that, the vocabulary used is not part of our culture so everything is okay.

Kaingu must resubmit his PHD, he is sufering from serious moral decay syndrome,what happens to white foreiners who shout and raise their middle fingers to workers since in his opinion is not in our culture.

To the best of my understanding,raising the middle finger in the western world means insulting the fellow you are in comflict with.For my young brother kaingu to defend hon Siliya’s actions in parliament,i describe it as immorality of the highest order.no wonder why he allowed Iris to start producing porn movies at zica.
My advice to Dora is that God loves you,pliz reflect and seek God’s intervention in your life.Humble yourself and dwell in the house of the lord.Your actions signifies your last days on earth.Repent for you have angered many.Can’t you see the wrath of the lord befalling.
To all politicians ,learn to co-exist and use friendly language.We should be hearing words of unity even if you differ.differ on principal and get over it.Tribalistic sentiments it is a big NO.Shame on he who practice politics of hate and division.

It is a disappointment as usual .Dora alibe mwambo.She has no respect for elders nor men for that matter.Remember her words during the run up to election in 2012.

In as much as I find the gesture tasteless, I on the other hand feel this is the true level the august house has degenarated to. Look at Sata’s acrimonious speech when opening parliament, just what kind os masalamusi was that? And everything from there Sata’s speech has been all downhill. Dora’s gesture could actually be an understatement of the stinking excrement this arm of government has sank into. Nearly everyday of deliberations, the only thing uppermost in their heads is selling-out to CNP thus sparking costly bye elections. They are all stinking idiots, including Dora herself to whom four of the other fingers on that hand were pointing towards.
