News Flash: Rupiah Banda Pleads Not Guilty
Former republican President has pleaded not guilt to charges of abuse of office. Mr. Banda, was yesterday charged with abuse of authority of office contrary to section 99 of the penal code sub 87 of the laws of Zambia when he appeared before a combined team of government investigation.
