Chipolopolo Stars Head Back To Clubs
Zambia’s foreign legion head back to their regular day jobs this weekend hoping for better fortunes after the backlash of 1-1 draw with Lesotho.
China:
Captain Christopher Katongo is expected to feature for third place Henan Jianye in the clubs early push for promotion in their third game after demotion in October, 2012 when they host ninth positioned Hunan Xiangtao.
In the top division on Sunday, his compatriot James Chamanga who was not selected for the trip to Maseru is expected to be in action for his new team Liaoning Whowin where he has so far played two games and scored one goal.
Romania:
Fwayo Tembo returns to club action on Sunday after his promising showing against Lesotho when second placed Astra Giurgiu away to fifth Dinamo BucurestiFwayo has played 16 games and scored six goals so far in his first season in Romania.
Portugal:
Porto reserves travel to Maritimo with defender Emmanuel Mbola hoping to play his second game this year after starting in the reserves 1-0 home loss to Atletico CP on March 16.19 –year-old Mbola has played just four times all for the reserves since joining from TP Mazembe on loan last year.
England:
Striker Emmanuel Mayuka too returns to club action looking to end warming the bench at Southampton who travel to Chelsea on Saturday.Mayuka has played seven times since joining from Swiss side Young Boys this season but traces his last Premiership game for the Saints on December 22.
Israel:
William Njbovu, who has yet to play for Hapoel Be’er Sheva in 2013, will be looking to make the trip with the club to Hapoel Ramat Gan on Saturday.
South Africa:
Suspended Zambia goalkeeper Kennedy Mweene heads to Johannesburg with Free State Stars on Good Friday to play Moroka Swallows.
On Saturday, defender Joseph Musonda should make Golden Arrows home game against BidVest Wits.
Defender Davies Nkausu is also expected to be in action for SuperSport United against visiting Black Leopards on the same date.
Still on Saturday, Orlando Pirates host University of Pretoria with fingers crossed on Collins Mbesuma making the team and reproducing his good showing against Lesotho.
DR Congo:
Rainford Kalaba, Hichani Himonde and Nathan Sinkala are set for their DR Congo season opener on Sunday when TP Mazembe clash with Lupopo in a Lubumbashi derby.
Holland:
Jacob Mulenga who missed the Lesotho game on medical advice is in line for his 24th Eredivise game this season armed with 12 goals and counting for sixth placed Utrecht who host second from bottom VVV Venlo on Saturday.

Why most of the players in the national team are not playing competitive football from their respective clubs.I can now see why Zambia is performing badly.FAZ has the biggest problem, those that are performing well at their clubs are not featured in the national team.

I had really thot zambian football has reached another level, but at times i prefer to watch a movie than suffering a terrible heardache after a match.
