The corruption at DEC has got nothing to do with low salaries. These guys get more money than most civil servants. trust me, i know. In any case, they are paid bonuses for every arrest they make which makes them sometimes to plant drugs on any perceived enemy or unsuspecting person. And once arrested, its very difficult to prove your innocence because these guys are trained in intelligence work remember!

The problem with drug related cases is that you are presumed guilty without the burden of proof being placed on the prosecution. You now need to prove your innocence in court. Drug cases are more like kangaroo courts if you know what i mean. The issue of someone being innocent until proven guilty does not apply to DEC. If you wish, just go and attend any drug related case and you will see what i mean.

I believe the story is true because all the guys mentioned actually work at DEC in the intelligence dept. and I happen to know most of them.

These are serious happenings, if they are true at all. but if indeed they are, do right thing, report to the authorities so that sothing get to happen. the truth of the matter is that for as long as you will post these things here no one will take us seriously.

You have posted a lot of these stories here and all ends there. for a change prove yourselves right otherwise will always think you make these stories so that people maybe wasting time on your blog.

I have always said that corruption starts in the big offices of the government, and this is what it means when we say concentrate on fighting corruption from the roots(government) Now i know why these guys are stinking money! this is real shit!
