Lubinda: Dora Siliya Is a Lonely Woman ‘ She undresses her former spouse in public’

GIVEN Lubinda says Dora Siliya is a lonely woman and he will let people judge between him and Siliya who undressed her former spouse in public.
Responding to Petauke Central MMD member of parliament Siliya’s attacks on him that he cannot be trusted, Lubinda who is Kabwata PF member of parliament said Siliya was angry with him because he took her to a tribunal for breach of trust when she served as communications and transport minister.
Lubinda accused Siliya of being lonely and using him in what he termed a desperate quest to launder her image.
lubindaHe said she might use others as her image builders but not him.
“It is clear that Dora is feeling lonely and is anxious to find friends. Unfortunately she is going about it the wrong way by applying the adage of ‘an enemy of your enemy is your friend’ and hoping she can win friends from among those she perceives as being my enemies within the PF,” Lubinda said.
“This is the reason why she is parroting those who in the past accused me of treachery and divulging government and party secrets to the opposition. That is why there is totally nothing new she has told the public. The public has heard all these allegations and more in the past and I have gone through them.”
On the question of being trusted or not, Lubinda said the public was the best judge of people’s morals.
He said he would leave it to the public to judge whether or not he was worthy of their trust, or whether or not Siliya was worthy of that trust.
“For now, I am most grateful to God that thus far I have not been judged guilty of abuse of public office or corruption. Up to now I have not gone out undressing a former spouse with whom I shared many years of mutual trust and confidence. I pray to God that I continue without defying people’s confidence by being vulgar in my actions or speech,” he said. “I beseech God that He continues to guide my judgement as not to make public statements that promote promiscuity by referring to any part of my body as a sex object. It is clear that Dora was very upset by the many facts I presented in my debate including the fact that I reminded her and erstwhile friends that I had told them earlier that the removal of the abuse of public office clause from the statute books would come to haunt them soon after leaving office. She was even more upset to hear me state that they had been forewarned that their corrupt practices would follow them.”
He wondered what stopped Siliya from presenting her information to the Edgar Lungu committee that was following up allegations against him from December 2012 to March 2013.
“What stopped her from being a witness to the committee? As she rightly pointed out, I was a witness to the tribunal that found her guilty of abuse of office. I did not use the media to accuse her. I instead went to present facts in a court where she had an opportunity to cross examine me,” he said.
“She could have done the same had there been any truth in what she is accusing me of. It is totally mischievous to claim to have evidence in a matter that has been disposed of. Had there been any truth in the allegations that I was influencing her to work against Sylvia Masebo in Parliament, could she not have raised a complaint to the Speaker? Could she not have taken revenge by applying for a tribunal against me for working against a fellow Cabinet minister which is not permissible in the Ministerial Code of Conduct Act? Is it not a wonder that she has chosen to speak long after the sittings and hearings of the Edgar Lungu Committee?”
Lubinda said he would never apologise for supporting a public cause.
“I have never wished anyone ill, not even Dora herself. I do acknowledge that Dora’s anger for me for having been one of the witnesses in the Judge Chirwa Tribunal which found her guilty of a number of offences to do with breach of trust shall never leave her,” he said.
“Nonetheless, let me make it clear to her that I performed that function with a clear conscience and without malice because I was contributing to the rule of law and fighting corruption because of the poverty it induces on the poor who do not have the privilege of abusing public trust and resources. I have no apologies for doing so and this is a cause that I shall continue to pursue without regard to the individuals involved. I shall do so irrespective of whether Dora thinks I stood in the dock to bring her down as a person or not.”
Lubinda said Siliya was not happy that he supported the removal of former president Rupiah Banda’s immunity in parliament.
He said he could tell by the attacks Siliya waged on him soon after Banda’s immunity was lifted.
“Her anger on this emanates from the fact that she was shocked to hear me support the motion because she expected that I would oppose it or remain mute because it was being moved by a government that I should have been at loggerheads with because of what I was going through at that time,” Lubinda said. “What she did not realise is that for me virtues, values and principles are more fundamental than petty personal interests and relationships. Whereas personal interests are narrow and shortlived, principles are long lasting and deserve to be upheld irrespective of who is hurt.”
Lubinda challenged Siliya to produce the verdict that was passed by the Edgar Lungu Committee and the Central Committee of the PF to show what offence he was found guilty of since she seemed to know more than others.
On Siliya’s accusation that Catholic nuns were visiting him at the National Assembly, Lubinda said he was grateful to every person who prayed with him.
“I am grateful to God for those loving people of God from all religions; Catholics, Protestants, leaders and members of the CCZ churches, EFZ churches and indeed Catholic nuns, brothers and fathers as well as ordinary members and followers of different faiths who are standing by me, praying and interceding for me,” said Lubinda.
“They have been a source of strength and inspiration. I beseech God that He continues to give them the grace to show concern for those who are afflicted in any way.”
Recently, Siliya said Lubinda teamed up with some opposition members of parliament to fight tourism minister Sylvia Masebo.
Siliya said Lubinda was a treacherous person that could not be trusted and always wanted to bring others down.
“I maintain that Given Lubinda is treacherous and can’t be trusted. He always wants to bring others down and the same Sylvia he calls princess, he worked against her and told me that ‘you (Dora) they harassed you that you cancelled the tender when you didn’t but Sylvia cancelled the ZAWA tender’. Lubinda is a snake in the grass. When things go well for him, he turns against the very friends he worked with. UPND and I can testify including Sylvia. He’s a proper snake in the grass” said Siliya.
“That’s why the good people of Kabwata Constituency saw through him that he’s all talk and nothing else and he can’t do a ‘don’t kubeba’ on me because he says one thing and does the other. I maintain that Lubinda is treacherous with a tendency of working against his friends. He shouldn’t cry like a baby that people are out to get him out of the party. He attempted to leak information to me and I refused because he can’t be trusted but other people in PF, we can work with, not Lubinda. He thinks being APNAC (African Parliamentarian Network Against Corruption) president then he’s presidential material, let him keep his presidential ambitions to himself. He’s no presidential material.”

Well spoken Lubinda, now ceasefire. Let the hule continue ranting alone, concentrate on more progressive issues. Dora is a gang star who has never been upright in her life. At one time she was referred to a “UNZA Open”. Nothing has changed about her. Nothing honorable about this hule.

The levels of intellect these two are sparring at are oceans apart. You honestly wonder that Siliya has ever seen the inside of a university because she comes across as vengeful, bitter and uncoordinated in her attacks on Lubinda. Any one who would divulge bedroom stuff about a spouse in a manner that she did has no use for the gray matter in her skull, the whore is wholly wacko in the head. As for Lubinda, whatever he said vile about the PF is nothing but the plain truth. We also know Masebo is being protected by Sata’s cousin, the illegal Chief Justice Chibesa-Kunda.

Why are there no far more these types of blogs? Your content are excellent and arrive in themes, which cant be identified everywhere. Make sure you carry on writing this kind of fine stuff, it is actually beneficial. The net is full of incredible waste, as a single is delighted in the event you come across something else. Why usually are not there far more? Tend not to leave me hanging!
