Mr. Lubinda has told Qfm news in an interview that he was delighted to represent the people of Kabwata because they keep encouraging him especially in carrying out developmental projects in the area.
The former Foreign affairs Minister says even when ten constituencies are put together to swap with his Kabwata constituency he would not agree because he enjoys a good working relation with his constituents, adding that she would not leave his people until he accomplishes his duties at constituency level.
Mr. Lubinda explains that he has been in touch with the people in Kabwata and that all was going- on very smoothly and soon a new Kamulanga clinic will be opened to allow residents of Kamulanga area have a health post at their door step.
He has since commended the people of Kabwata for the support and encouragements which have helped in the smooth running of all constituency programmes.

I am always impressed and inspired by GL. Being in touch with the grassroots is important. This helps to be current. Development is a moving target. What was during the election campaign period may not be valid today and a revision of strategy may be necessary. This can only be achieved by being in constant touch with the electorate. MPs once in office forget about simple management procedures. Try to manage using MBWA [Management By Walk About/Around). It is effective and efficient. I wished I was in Kabwata Constituency. Keeping going, you are the envy of many.

I like what Given is. He is a true patriot. No matter what pressure, he remains himself. He should be a good mathematician. Keep it up Hone, you are loved by the masses.

But fibene Winter na chi Masebo have devised a plan to make sure he does not get anywhere near Presidency. I wiould like to believe Sata would have been happy if he took over for his level headedness…nomba fye the outsiders have spoilt the party!..the same path MMD took under FTJ!
