UPND Confirm Buying off MMD’s Canisius Banda
The United Party for National Development (UPND) has confirmed that MMD Chairperson for Health Dr. Canisius Banda is expected to join the party. Dr Canisius Banda is the former boyfriend to Dora Siliya and the current boyfriend to Martha Mushipe, who is believed to have played a huge role in wooing Dr Banda to UPND
UPND Deputy Spokesperson Edwin Lifwekelo says apart from Dr. Banda, a number of politicians from the ruling PF and opposition MMD have shown interest in joining the party.
Mr. Lifwekelo says Dr. Banda has been a sympathizer of UPND for the past one year and has now decided to come out in the open and join the party officially.
He adds that Dr. Banda has been a silent member of the UPND.
Mr. Lifwekelo says the party has decided that Dr. Banda fills one of the positions of vice president in the party.
He adds that according to the constitution, the party is supposed to have four vice presidents other than the current vice president Richard Kapita.
He says Dr. Banda has not officially joined the party is expected to do soon.
Mr. Lifwekelo could not however, not reveal the other eight prominent people who are planning to join the UPND.

Or better UPND imports Brig.general Miyanda as their party president. Haikande can only be fit or suitable to work as as deputy finance minister.

So one can joing UPNd at level of Vice President?? This should show anyone the seriousness of this Party or lack thereof, how do you expect a new comer to have internalised your Party philosophy, if you have one, or at least your party constitution to perform effectively???
it appears Canisius career is rewarding in more than one way, if he is associated with soft bums and now, MM. Both women are not bad, at least by their looks and bodies, if you stop both of them from talking, they are serious talkers, lol!!!

this is how divisions are created in an organisation. how do u get a new bloom to be VP? there are other positions he can hold i guess. even if you want balancing of tribes (which is ok), such acts are not good. so you are suggesting the 3rd VP will be from Luapula and 4th from NWP? wish u all the best

Mwamuna m’zako ni pachulu malinga utakwelapo. But he should have strengthened the MMD and think of rising to MMD President because as long as UPND will keep on losing the presidential elections, HH will never be opposed. But real democracy is found in MMD.

Canisius you have disappointed me. So you were touching dora’s bums and now jumped on to this MM and that is why you are joining finished UPND! Surely you can do better than this! I can assure you you are finished politically.
