The ACC says the corruption allegation against defence minister Godfrey Mwamba and his justice counterpart Winter kabimba were not substantial and investigations against them have been closed.
During press briefing yesterday, Anti-Corruption public relations manager Timothy Moono said nothing was established from the allegations against the two ministers.,” said Moono.
In October last year, ACC summoned Kabimba to apear before the commission following investigations against him over the oil contract deal.
The commission was also investigating Mwamba on allegations that he solicited a contract to supply and deliver ZESCO poles
