Government Closes Probe On Kabimba And GBM

SATA GBM KabimbaThe ACC says the corruption allegation against defence minister Godfrey Mwamba and his justice counterpart Winter kabimba were not substantial and investigations against them have been closed.

During press briefing yesterday, Anti-Corruption public relations manager Timothy Moono said nothing was established from the allegations against the two ministers.,” said Moono.

In October last year, ACC summoned Kabimba to apear before the commission following investigations against him over the oil contract deal.

The commission was also investigating Mwamba  on allegations that he solicited a contract to supply and deliver ZESCO poles

    Why wait this long untill pipo started complaining. They had to wait for Chellar to give them a statement writen from above. ACC is indeed untrusted

    That was just an allegation, were they found wanting? The answer is no.They were alleged that they were solisting for a tender not that they were involved in it. Let be aquited if there is no evidence full stop.

    When the govt comes in they will be probed but for sure they will be aquited again cause there is no case here.
