Picture Of The Day: Lunch Is Ready!

Mr Tembo called me to join him for lunch this afternoon but I didn’t get the shock of my life because what he was having for lunch, even the Bembas do eat, this type of breed is commonly known as insengele. In English they are known as Giant Rats. Thanks to my my sister Bana Tembo for having prepared us a proper meal.

I have no issue with Ba Tembo’s menu but my only point of interjection is that the star of the meal looks like it requires further cooking.I wish Bana Tembo would tell us a bit more about her recipe…lol

Imwe, ise benebake tibaula mbeba zikulu-zikulu monga iyi mu picture, and two, sitikudya zibisi aikona. Sitikudya koswe uyu mu picture iyayi. Conco, aya ma picture do not depict proper easter meal. Come to my house in August/September(nthawi yake) and enjoy the mbeba not koswe !!!
