But why are GRZ cars not checked on these so called Road blocks? They cruise unnecesarily and do not obey Speed limit signs and even on speed traps.what’s so special about their drivers ? Are they the only ones late and their cars always road worthy. Come on officers , do the right.

I do agree with you. we do not need so many officers on the roads, get vehicle details correct and computerize monitoring of road users. it will be difficult to offer bribes because the offence will need to be properly closed in a computer system. please lets spend more by deploying surveillance systems.

The problem causing so many accidents are so may, the only problem is, we seem not to solve any.For example the process to get a drivers licence is just too long.Imagine you have to go to lilayi thereafter you go to ridgeway.To make things worse, only one point to get a drivers licence out of all the population of Lusaka.That is why you find many people make short cuts by bribing officers and get their licence even when they are not yet competent to drive.
