We Have Fulfilled Most Campaign Promises – PF

The PF Government says it has fulfilled most of the campaign promises it made during the campaigns for the 2011 tripartite elections.

Labour deputy Minister Ronald Chitotela has told QFM News that the government has through the ministry of labour fulfilled the promise made with regards better pay for workers in the private sector by revising the minimum wage.

He says by so doing government has managed to put more money in the pockets of the workers especially general workers thereby improving their livelihoods.

Mr Chitotela adds that the PF government is creating sustainable employment through agriculture and infrastructure development which has seen more jobs created.

He further states that the government has managed to look into the issue of safety, workers conditions and their treatment in different workplaces.

Those who are insulting can go to Mpulungu and see what is happening there. Infrustructure development has really taken off.
Talk of roads, Energy, Mines,…. They are even slashing along the roads which MMD overlooked.

Let us support them and see where they will lead us for ten years and probably beyond.

If there is anyone ‘warming up’ for challenging The Patriotic Front (PF) Government in 2016, such a one should be fully prepared to come decampaign this development (which is not easy anyway).

For those who are busy showering insults on political parties and government in particular, it is time you came out in open and share your positive opinions. One worry is that most of those who talk too much do not even contribute anything to the development of this nation. We do not need your insults or rhetorical statements, we need to see your positive contributions to the development of mother Zambia.

It is time some people learnt to appreciate where it is due. We have always appreciated what the predecessors of President Micheal Sata did positively and condemned what was wrong. So, condemn rightly, if that is posible instead of insulting…

The lazy people have their pockets empty and even the little they had has been taken away. You cant be lazy and drinking day and night and espect to have more money in the pocket.Thats a night mare!

Those who are hardworking and innovative have and will have their pockets filled up with money. There is no Government world over that would encourages laziness among its citizens but hardwork and innovation/creativity.

If we as a nation could embrace the the values and principles of Entrepreneurship, then poverty will be a thing of the past….

The Government needs the support of everyone.

In as much as this government z trying to improve the living standards of the people of this country,i think they hav neglected the plight of miners i say so becoz i hav seen government increasing the minimum wage of general workers i.e maids, shopkeepers, gardeners e.t.c and just recently civil servants salaries has been increased. But nothing has been said about miners, ther are a lot of mining contracting companies paying ther workers petty salaries imagin someone working underground getting as low as K910 which is not fair considering the hard work they do.I would like the government to quickly look into this issue n improve the lives of these brothers.I work for an engineer company n am fairly paid, but i post this on behalf of this friends who does’nt have access to this site.I always dream of seeing a zambia wer everyone wil be living above poverty levels
