Underground station will swallow over $1bil US dollars.
If roads cost twice as much to build in Zambia then this useless station will swallow twice as much as normal costs.

Those believing Lusaka needs an underground station prove why it can’t be built above ground.
This thieves plans are mind bending and ****** Zambians think its good news.

It will be a place people will try and go down inside only to be runover or electrocuted.
Thieves will steal the copper wires more reachable.
