US Envoy Tells Zambians: Homosexual Rights Must Be Protected & Respected
US Ambassador to Zambia Mark Storella says the United States believes the human rights of all people including gays and lesbians must be protected.
In an interview on human rights to coincides with the release of the US 2012 Human Rights Report, Ambassador Storella says all people must be treated equally and fairly, and that the U.S opposes laws that unfairly impact any group of society be it a religious minority, ethnic minority or gays and lesbians.
He says this does not make them less human being nor does it change their entitlement to human rights or government’s responsibility to protect their human rights.
And Ambassador Storella has hailed what he has described as a remarkable tolerant Zambian people.
He points out that there very few countries in the world that have 73 tribes and have never had tribal conflicts.
Mr Storella has since encouraged Zambians to continue building on the tradition of tolerance.

While the US Ambassador has a right to air his fillings,May I remind him that such acts have no room in the Human rights contexts.Marriage is about a Man and Woman.Same sex is inhuman hence our denial to have violated human rights.A man ha a right to go to the Toilet but not to the opposite sex toilet.If we deny you not to go to the female toilet it does mean that we have denied you the rights to go to the Toilet.In his ways, a terrorist has a right to live in America. But why do you hunt them? A person has a right to but a Gun of his choice but why do you want to regulate the gun sells? Above all, not all states of America have legalized same sex marriage.
Please readers do not liken same sex couples to animals because my animals are complaining that the gay/lesbian thing is man’s problem.My dog knows a female and if any other male comes to disturb it ,them a bloodshed battle is invited. suppose we all had same sex marriage, will there be any future of human life?Please wake up. Jesus said this word of life was hidden to educated people. I now understand what he meant.Time is gone for ideology colonization.

Fact: Homosexuality is like drugs, the more you shy away from it the more it happens…unfortunately. How many of our people have been caught with drugs? The cases are ever on the increase. Just adjust and face it because homosexuality, legal or illegal, has come to stay. Understandably, change is difficult to manage but sooner or later, it will be normal. Who told you that in America people do not reproduce? there are still people who marry opposite sex and have children. And who told you that the purpose of every marriage is to have children? The main is companionship, so if you can have companionship with fellow man or fellow woman, who cares?
