PF Told ‘You Can Fool Some People Some Time BUT Not All The People All The Time!!!’
By Concerned Zambian
It is obvious that the P.F. government knows very well about the corruption of the Drug cartel that comprise of the D.E.C. the A.C.C, some magistrates such as Joshua Banda (C.R.M.), Mutembo Nchito (D.P.P.) and some police officers. The sad fact is that the P.F. government has chosen to ignore and pretend not to know despite many citizens reporting to the President and all the relevant authorities. It is not surprising to some of us who have been inside the system for some time. We understand why the government is reluctant to take the necessary steps to stop this D.E.C. Drug cartel. There are only two logical explanations. It is either the President and his inner circle are in it or they are using the corrupt officers involved in the Drug cartel to carry out or cover-up corrupt syndicates for the President and his inner circle.
This is why the nation is witnessing selective Law enforcing by these institutions in the name of fighting corruption. It is obvious they are just politicking by going after the opposition and a few selective individuals in society.
The P.F. government is no different to the MMD that we voted out of power in many ways of its conduct. Only that President Sata’ family seems not to be at the centre of the Drug cartel and corruption but his trusted friends and former spies to him before he became Head of State. It is this blind royalty on the part of the Head of State that has made him ignore the see the truth or act in the interest of the nation.
Worse still, there are other blind followers (such as Zac) who have been attacking those who bring out the truth hence helping to make the P.F. government to feel supported in destroying the Rule of Law and Justice for all. Claiming that we bring out the truth on the Drug cartel because we are poor or have been fired is being unreasonable because none of the two assumptions are true. The fact is that it is very difficult to come out in the open and confront these corrupt officers that run the Drug cartel when the government seems to be involved andParliament seems not to mind. More so, many fellow citizens seem not to be bothered by the corruption that has taken centre stage in most of our public institutions.
It is for the love of our country that I believe the truth should continue to be told. Even if some choose to ignore or trash it today, tomorrow some wise citizens will use it to shape a better Zambia. There is no other possible way of benefiting from this information that is centered on questioning the integrity of those that are privileged to work in the public institutions such as the D.E.C or the A.C.C. but to make sure that such institutions are managed in a professional and non-corrupt manner. All we want to see is that no one is left to abuse the integrity of such institutions through engaging in corruption in the name of being public servants.
The P.F. government has received many complaints on the corrupt D.E.C. driven Drug cartel but they have chosen to start harassing the possible informers and victims instead of investigating the culprits. The D.E.C. went Kamwala Remand Prison on Sunday 21st April 2013, to search Maniko Njamba and a few others for documents. The Drug cartel suspects them to have revealed the information about its corrupt activities and business, but I wonder which Law gives them such powers! Then someone expect us to keep quite? No! This is more of the reason that some of us have resorted to exposing this corruption and abuse of public trust so that the nation knows what is going on. The fact is that the D.E.C. and the A.C.C. are swimming in the corruption and other crimes they purport to be fighting.
It was a good attempt for D.E.C. spokesperson Samuel Silomba to take the media to witness the destroying of the drugs he called exhibits at chingwele dump site on the 13th April, in his attempt to fool the nation that they are transparent in the destruction of drug exhibits. But the questions still remained unanswered on the whereabouts of the Bolivians’ 13.2 kg of cocaine, the Gold and other hard drugs that were swapped. More so, Silomba is still mute on how the Bolivians’ drug exhibits found itself on the streets in the hands of Maneko Njamba, Boris (chelston) and Sam Kusein (Tanzanian).
I also challenge Samuel Silomba to tell the nation which part of the D.E.C. Act or the Law gives the D.E.C. officers the right to lie on oath, beat up suspects and rob the suspects. It beat my intelligence that the D.E.C. operates exactly like mafia cartels of countries such as Columbia and Mexico. Silomba is fully aware of such illegalities but pretend like everything is right in the D.E.C. I would love Samuel Silomba to tell the nation why the D.E.C. should continue receiving public funds when it is deeply involved in drug trafficking, corruption and money laundering?
Apart from the D.P.P. Mutembo Nchito being one of the shields to the D.E.C. drug cartel, the other reality about the power of this drug cartel lies in Joshua Banda (C.R.M.) whose wife is at the A.C.C. It is clear that the D.E.C. drug cartel is highly protect for now as the fact is that the A.C.C. cannot dare to investigate Mutembo Nchito or Joshua Banda the husband to one of them. It is for these reasons that we shall soldier on to expose this drug cartel. The fact that no one in the P.F. government is willing to act on this cartel is what is making us continue exposing it until justice is done to stop this cartel. We are not cowards but it is a fact that our lives can be crashed in the same manner other brave men such as Paul Tembo and Richard Ngenda died. No Zambian as ever thought of honoring such great sons of Zambia despite sacrificing their lives for the truth and justice.
It is only because of such that we have found it wise to hide our identities, not that we fabricate the information we release. That is why we have been mentioning the names and specific cases for any concerned citizen to verify. Ours is not about monetary benefits but for the love of our country. It is everyone’s right to acknowledge our free information or trash it but we won’t quit writing because it is our birth right to share or not share information. Zambia is our only country hence some of us cannot just seat and watch innocent citizens continue falling victims to the corrupt activities of the D.E.C. led Drug cartel. As a concerned citizen, I believe that I am duty bound to expose such through the media that is open to the citizenry. I sincerely salute the Zambian Watchdog, Tunfweko, Daily Nation, to mention but a few for allowing us space to reveal what we witness and know.
The Post is no longer interested in exposing the corruption in public institutions now that Amos Malupenga is in government. It is obvious he want to please the Head of State at the expense of the truth and the national interests. I know that one day many Zambians will wake up and prove my words.
The truth is the truth! Zambia Wake Up if you truly desire justice, peace and development for all! Let us not be fooled by those that swim in corruption and injustice at our expense as tax-payers! President Sata and the P.F. are banking on the Road Projects and commissioning of other infrastructure projects that were initiated by the former ruling party (MMD) as tools for buying peoples votes in the next elections. It is sad that politicians never learn. If we voted the MMD out because of corruption, injustice, selective justice and abuse of authority, what makes the P.F. to believe that The Post and the Public Media will this time around manage to fool the citizenry? For President Sata to act on Clive Chirwa but have chosen to give a blind eye on the corruption in the D.E.C. and the A.C.C. that is backed by Mutembo Nchito and Joshua Banda speaks volumes about were his royalty lays. Why should Mutembo and Joshua be at the centre of prosecuting Rupiah Banda on corruption when the Head of State knows for real that they are equally dirty? It is not a secret that they are at the centre of the D.E.C. Drug Cartel which Rupiah Banda is mention to have been a member of when he was in state house. Time will tell!
The President only acted on Clive Chirwa because he was caught in the media admit the scandal but had he kept quiet like the others do, it was going to be well for him. President Sata was never going to act against him (Clive Chirwa) because he is not the only one that is enjoying such conditions in the secretive public service. Who knows what the Director of ZESCO gets? The abuse is the order of the day even in the P.F. government. We are inside we know they should not pretend!!!

last time i advised this ingrate to report these issues to ANY INVESTIGATIVE wing of government. Now he/she needs to be told befor he/she thinks of publishing another one of his/her thousand letters next week.Dear concerned citizen,You are so deperate to see the PF government fail on it’s promises just becouse the poeple you hold so dear are in the opposition and are so bitter (just like you) to see the president working so deligently with these institutions. Why are you acting in such a cowardly and stupidly manner? You have just become a buckstubber and a daylight sorserer like the other blogger has put it. Those that trained you, later allowed you to stand for poeple in those augast houses did not teach you to be a hater that you have become. Frindly advice and listen too well, stop being bitter with the world ‘mr great men, investigater, concerned citizen’ (God knows which name you are going to use next week). you are not being wise, let the poeple work and keep your ‘muno and the lion’ cry to yourslf.

Its sad because this corruption will breed more evil which will eat all those that embrace it. Time beats and their short sightedness will cost them later. Corruption is EVIL,we have failed to rule ourselves in a civilized manner yes.Note also that we should stay on the watch and keep informing the few who can access this source.
