PF has a huge task a head. This govt inherited a govt with either no infrastracture or very weak one. Surely pipo who can restore this is PF GOVT therefore, they need our support. At one the MMD had all the MPs from western province in their hands but no development.Sad indeed.

We zambians hav a very bad mentality where we always want the gvnmt to do everything 4 us. The question is are we doing something as citizens to help develop our country?

This is not a school… it is play-park… You’ve seen any books, pencil or chalks..NO.. This is a nice play-ground by the zambezi river. The sand looks lovely to play with.

@ Alfred, the fact that Zambians are paying tax (in whatever form) is a good point to say we are doing something to help develop our Country! But remember that the people entrusted to manage our monies are failing us! Burrying K2.1B and diverting Bore-hole projects to an individuals’ farm is equal to MURDER! This culprit is from the place where this photo was taken! Merciless TICKS!

Us lozis are to blame for such. We talk Barotseland that is far from development. Let’s swallow our pride so that this PF govt can develop our land. I remember it took time to accept developments like shoprite and zambia breweries, shame ba nana!

Scenes like this are sad realities in many of our rural communities. Jokes aside! The Govt must surely be in the driving seat and hasten the construction of social infrastructure in every community throughout the country. World over Govts are put in office for the very simple reason

49 years after independence, I still have to stop for another vehicle to pass before I can cross Kalomo bridge. 49 years after independence, I still have to worry about whether or not a bus or truck has overturned at Dallas or Munali Hills. Where are road engineers?

This is not Zambia. By the shape of children’s heads one can tell that it’s Burundi or Rwanda managed by a French volunteer.

Ba Tumfweko plz be specific as you post such photos by mentioning the actual places. Certain arguments being advanced wouldn’t arise. Though some of the bloggers want to provide appropriate critique, they won’t easily accept plain facts.
