Hichilema Justifies ‘Stupid White Man’ Remark
United Party for National Development (UPND) leader Hakainde Hichilema has justified his reference to Vice President Guy Scott as a ‘stupid Whiteman’.
Mr Hichilema says this because Dr. Scott does not respect the country%u2019s rule of law.
He says there has been a breakdown in the rule of law in the country ever since the Patriotic Front government came to power.
Mr.Hichilema told Qfm in an exclusive that the ruling party has no respect for the Zambian laws and the more reason why they should not expect to hear anything good from him.
The unapologetic UPND leader states that he should instead be praised for asking the Vice president to stop breaking the electoral rules without remorse.
Mr. Hichilema stresses that there has been too much of the break down in the rule of law and that Zambians will not remain quiet and watch public resource being abused during campaigns by the ruling party.
He has since maintained that he will not apologize to the vice president stating that there is nothing to apologize about, but the need to respect the rule of law as it is key to maintaining peace and suitability.

Hte us bembas or love us, we still work hard in election campaigns and are able to win votes even from some of you tongas. we do emerge with majority so we rule the country. long live MCS. becoming a president does not only take the full support of your tribal people but the support of the whole country. But in all fairness, let us not slide back to the MMD era. While we are condemning HH, why do we not look at what caused him to speak as he did? Was the vice president justified to blatantly violate electoral rules? It may be a small matter to sympathizers of PF but its not to the opposition. If we want peace, we must cherish justice and fair play. The cause of all this is Guy Scott’s behavior and up to now he has not provided a single reason as to why he over looked the rules
