There Are Real Sweet Women Out There, Lusaka Hubby Tells Wife

A 28-YEAR-OLD woman of Kanyama narrated to the Lusaka boma court how her husband starves her sexually but buys condoms and pornographic materials every time he is travelling.
Aliness Banda told senior court magistrate Mary Namangala that her husband has been sleeping on the floor from 2010.
“My husband told me that he will only make love to me once a month. He has been sleeping on the floor with our four-year-old child and I sleep with our one-year-old child on the bed,” Aliness said.
She told the court that her husband always buys pornographic materials, condoms, ladies pants and sexual pills commonly known as seven hours whenever he is on a trip.
Aliness stunned the court when she presented the above mentioned staff before the court of law to substantiate her claim.
In passing judgment, the court castigated Josphat Banda, Aliness’s husband, for his irrational behaviour.
“Your wife caught you with ladies pants, pornographic materials and sexual pills commonly known as seven hours, showing that you have a girlfriend. How do you even claim to love your wife when you only make love to her once a month?” the court asked.
Aliness was speaking in a case in which she sued Josphat Banda, 43, a cashier at Kondwani Breweries, for marriage reconciliation. They got married in 2007 and have two children together. He paid KR600 dowry and has a balance of KR300.
She further said Banda had at one time photographed his girlfriend naked in his mobile phone and when she deleted the picture, he got upset.
Aliness said Banda told her that she is not a woman enough, saying there are real sweet women out there.
She said Banda had been telling their two children they have together that he wished they were not born from her (his wife) because he made a mistake marrying her.
Aliness also said Banda ordered that his step-child (the child she had in her first marriage) be given lunch only and not supper everyday as punishment for bedwetting.
She, however, said she still loves her husband despite all his despicable acts.
Aliness in her last words said she wants the court to order her husband to stop sleeping on the floor but move to their bed.
In giving his statement, Banda did not dispute having sex with his wife once a month.
And on allegations that he used to carry pornographic materials, ladies’ pants, sexual pills commonly known as seven hours and condoms every time he was on a trip, he said he watched pornographic movies with his wife and sexual pills were meant to boost his sexual appetite as his libido was low.
He said the condoms his wife was referring to are the ones he uses when making love to her.
Banda also told the court that he told his step-child to only have lunch and not supper at his home because his wife does not appreciate what he has done for her child.
“I want to take my wife to her parents at the village so she can be counselled over her irrational behaviour,” he said.
But the court in passing judgment said it is him (Banda) who is supposed to be counselled and not his wife.
“You are the one who needs counselling and change your bad behaviour, what has your wife done and what is she going to be counselled for?” the court asked Banda.
The court also told Banda to go to the hospital to get some contraceptives other than using condoms so that he can sexually satisfy his wife.
The court also ordered Banda to stop sleeping with his four year-old child and move back to their bed with his wife.
The duo was told to report back on May 30 for the court to ascertain whether Banda is following the order given to him.

Yesterday it was banda complaining that his wife doesnt clear the overgrown vegetation on his pubic area, today it’s banda giving a timetable of conjugal activities to his wife, once per month sure? THIS IS A SERIOUS CASE. YOUNG PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW THAT MOST MARRIED PEOPLE SLEEP OUT EITHER BECAUSE THEY HAD PREMARITAL SEX OR THE WIFE AT HOME DENIES THE HUSBAND SEX. USUALLY, THIS HAPPENS WHEN YOU DID NOT HAVE A CHRISTIAN LOVE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR WIFE TO BE.
