Sakeni Warns Youths To Stop Threatening Fr Frank Bwalya

Government says Father Frank Bwalya is free to join the political arena and aspire for presidency.

Chief Government Spokesperson Kennedy Sakeni says Zambia is a democratic nation and anyone is free to enter politics, adding that it’s up to the people of Zambia to judge and decide whether they want him or not.

Mr. Sakeni says government will not respond to Father Bwalya stating that it is inappropriate for government to respond to everyone who comes out and talks ill about the government.

The Information and Broadcasting Services Minister has also warned Patriotic Front youths to stop threatening Father Bwalya.

Mr Sakeni says the PF government does not condone any form of threats that boarder on violence.

PF Lusaka provincial youths demonstrated against Fr. Bwalya for allegedly insulting Michael Sata.

Thats right mr sakeni, Fr bwalya is like a domesticated snake with no teeth, even if it breaks loose it harms no body. Like some street kids, u build them an orphanage, but they sneak out and goes back to the streets.

Father Bwalya has ruffled a few feathers in PF. But those GOONS did they have a Police permit to demonstrate or what??.

Ka Libongani is an ass hole. Solomon is a musician and not a Police man worth the uniform. Both selectively apply the law.

The problem with pipo we talk without analysing issues objectively and persomaly. The issue of the Fr. Is being exergarated subjective by some political cowards with their blind followers.

Tell them.FR.Bwalya is respected.Let us just put the house in order otherwise PF is going in the wrong hands of Kabimba and his unpopular group.

If you say Kabimba is unpopular then you do not know politics. Yes he might be unpopular to those who never voted for PF like you otherwise is the most powerful SG in terms of mobilisation of new members tsctically intelligent than SGs of these other parties.

Am catholic and would like to know if Fr Bwalya is still preaching. If he is at what parish is he? My advise to Fr Bwalya is that he can always speak out whenever he sees something wrong in the government but aspiring for presidence should be left to politicians. Give to Ceazer what is for him and to God what belong to God. As catholics I urge all my fellow parishners to pray for our seemingly lost sheep..Fr.Bwalya

This guy right now is on Radio Phonix using bad language against Sata. He was forced to leave the Church after insulting Bishop Oreagan on Radio Icengelo. Personally I was not happy when PF offered him a place at their rallies. He is mentaly unstable and therefore it would be waste of ernergy fighting this former priest. How can he praise HH when HH has not run government. He should compare apples with apples.
