DEC Drug Cartel Officers EXPOSED, Names Revealed
After the exposing of the DEC Drug Cartel through the media, the cartel held a meeting to try and find a way to find the source of this information.
The meeting included the corrupt officers from the DEC and their street drug peddlers Boris of chelston and Sam Kusein (Tanzanian). Anderson Mbahwe and Oscar Champa were also in attendance.
Anderson Mbahwe assured the meeting that everything is under control because the Government is on their side and they are immune from any investigations or arrest. He said that he has taken care of his ignorant sister Alita Mbahwe (DEC Commissioner) whom he claimed does not understand anything about the drugs or the cartel hence she rely on what he (Anderson) advise her.
He said that they should not worry about Alita because she does not know anything about drugs because she could not tell the difference between salt and cocaine they had swapped. The fact that she was not there when they corruptly sold the Gold exhibit, swapped the Bolivians’ cocaine and the many other crimes they committed before she was appointed, it is squarely his (Anderson) to make her a member of the cartel.
He claimed that as long as his sister Alita continue to head the DEC the DEC Drug Cartel and everyone involved is immune from the law. He also urged the cartel to make sure that the find the people that are linking the activities of the cartel to the media.
In debating the source, Sam Kusein and Boris told the meeting that they suspect Maneko Njamba or some guy called Perry (Car Dealer) whom the D.E.C. cartel framed some months ago and he is Kamwala Remand Prison, to be the possible people behind the exposing of the cartel. This is more of the reason they thought of searching them and a few others such as Shula Kasolo and John Simango who they claim knows a lot about the cartel.
They are now trying to find a way to eliminate them through poisoning them whilst in prison. Sam and Boris advised the cartel not to allow anyone to disturb their drug business now that they have a good will from the D.E.C. Commissioner and the Head of State whom Alita has completely misinformed on the corrupt activities and the proceeds of the D.E.C. drug cartel. Anderson assured the Drug cartel that Alita and the Head of State are not going to act against the D.E.C. Drug Cartel as long as they continue giving them their right share of its proceeds.
The cartel was very happy and acknowledged the expectations of their senior partners and promised to do their best to please them. They also welcomed the assurance that they have immunity any form of investigations or arrest.
Some suspect Lawyer Keith Mweemba and some known clean D.E.C officers to be behind hence they gave themselves a task to sniff the possible honest D.E.C. officers out and deal with them ruthlessly for betraying the cartel.
Sam Kusein was told not to worry about his ‘Bail Pending Appeal!’ case for no one will dare to investigate his case claiming that the records have been taken care of for real. The meeting was informed that Mutembo Nchito (D.P.P.) and Joshua Banda were in the Cartel to take care of such issues.
It is clear from their boastful talk that they are being backed by more senior P.F. government officials. The corrupt D.E.C. officers that attended the meeting kept on reminding the meeting that the P. F. is in government to make money hence they should always remember to give the P.F. that which belongs to them as way of being guaranteed of the immunity.
There is also a possibility that some people in the cartel are using their influence on the cartel to con the other people in the cartel by claiming that the Head of State wants a share of its proceeds. It is very clear that Anderson Mbahwe is using his sister’s position to eat more than others. It is also very possible that the P.F. is involved going by the reluctance of the government to act on this corruption.
“I am just saddened by the fact that slowly innocent people are being targeted for speaking out on corruption this time when P.F. is in government but the President seem not to mind. Many people have been robbed of the right to Justice and freedom to speak against the evils of corruption and abuse of the public trust. But I am sorry to assure the nation that as long as the corruption and abuse of authority is allowed to go on, I do not see the sense in stopping to inform the nation on such.” disclosed the source.
The fact that the relevant authorities such as the A.C.C. and Government have been informed but have chosen to give it a blind eye is justification of this action to expose them. It is sad to note that some people choose to blindly support a political party just because it is in government. I believe that the party in government is voted in to serve the citizens and the nation hence no one can succeed in bringing it down. The truth is that it is the duty of the party in government to keep or not to keep itself in government depending on its own conduct.
If it is genuine on its promises and pronouncements such as fighting corruption and other vices, definitely no one would vote it out. But if it involves itself in corruption or ignore to act on such because of personal interests, then definitely the fate of being voted out will surely be donned on it.
“My advice to blind supporters of a political party in government is that it is time to mature from this blind royalty. This is what has contributed to the corruption and many other abuse of public trust in the name of being a popular party in government. This nonsense has to stop if we desire to have a developed and just Zambia. This is why it is important that citizens are not brainwashed with the cadre mentality so that they are not made to support a party in government even when it not serving the interest of the nation.
I do not mind whichever party could be in government, but I mind about the activities of whatever party is in government. This is why it is purely nonsense for anyone to suggest that for us to expose the corruption in the D.E.C. and other Public Institutions such as the A.C.C. is due to our luck of desire to see President Sata succeed. The success of any President squarely depends on the performance that can convince the voters not what we say or do. Ours is just a patriotic duty of demanding for action on that which is wrong. The voters are the judges and at an appropriate they will decide.
To those that claim that articles on the corrupt D.E.C., A.C.C. and the judicially are boring I wonder the logic of continuing to read articles that bores you. I believe this is a sign of being dull! Why not skip it than pretend to be a wise citizen when your actions portray you to be unwise. Such articles, I believe are meant for serious minded citizens that are concerned about the bad governance and corruption. Those who believe we should stop writing are entitled to their opinion but I believe it is within ones right to share or not to share information hence I do not desire to stop until those that are mandated to stop the corruption and other vices in the public institutions such as the D.E.C. do what is in the interest of our nation.
Zambia wake-up before it is too late!!! Let us not allow public servants to hold the nation to ransom!!!!

We appreciate your effort to inform the nation, what you have to say is important. However what people are trying to say to you is that, you can bring out these issues without taking so long to come to the point. for example, you keep repeating yourself on issues that you are strongly emotional about which makes the reader get bored. A number of poeple have advised you to report this matter to any investigative wing of government of your choice and give them your evidence. Kevin you’ve a point . this person is indeed evil, but DEC,ACC and OOP needs to woke up aswell. I say so because i suspect some of the officers are tuely working against the institution and later on the government . There is an incident where i personally witnessed a female , fat and light DEC officer speaking to one recently arrested drug criminal against the institution at the new magistrate complex. This is indeed bad and not good for the officers’ security. CHECK YOUR HOUSE!!!!!!!
