Kambwili Tells Zambians ‘Dont Be Cheated, By-Elections Are Budgeted For & are Not Costly’
Sports Minister Chishimba Kambwili says all by-elections are budgeted for and are not costly.
Kambwili said this in Kafulafuta constituency Sunday in Masaiti district when Kafulafuta Member of Parliament James Chishiba defected to the ruling Patriotic Front (PF).
Kambwili told the people of Masaiti that they should not be lied to that by-elections caused by defections are not budgeted for and that they are not costly.

Very dull reasoning on this one. I thought the budget line was for ‘in the event’ rather than the senseless rate of by elections being experienced.

He is a PF member, How on earth would you say bye-elections are budgeted ? People are doing in hospitals because of the non-availability of drugs and many road accidents due to bad roads, and Mr Kambwili and his fellow politicians are aggressively poaching the opposition mps to create by-election and spend those monies and honestly you saying, it is not costly. Boot them out in the ballot box.

There is some protocol to be followed when it comes to issuing government statements.That is the reason why government does have a spokesman who issues statements like the one Kabwilli is parroting about.The guy avoids to answer the question that the bye elections are an unnecessary drain on the economy which is still in the intensive care due mismanagement.Have another go on this one.Kambwili explain how you have been spending community development funds?Your foes say you’ve been giving it to your many girl friends and family members and friends.What is your take on this?

UMUSWEMA-Give credit where its due, if there is an MP who has used CDF well is Kambwili, I know the statement made about by-Election may not be wellcome but he is a hardworking Minister, Viva Kambwili.
