The Council of Churches in Zambia (CCZ) has refuted allegations of being in a coalition with Father Frank Bwalya as he pursues his political ambitions.
Speaking in an interview with QFM News, CCZ General Secretary Susan Matale says Father Bwalya is a free Zambian and a rational man who makes up his mind on what he wants to do.
Reverend Matale says it is sad that Zambians are fond of speculating about things that do not exist.
She adds that it is unfortunate that people always want to start a war and fights were there are no issues.
Reverent Matale says the CCZ has never thought of forming a coalition with Father Bwalya be it Christian or political.
The Reverent Matale wonders why people should speculate when the Council of Churches of Zambia has not said anything relating to Father Bwalya’s political ambitions.

Mr Frank Bwalya has entered politics with a lie that he would go on a 40 days retreat to pray and fast, then come back and review his way forward. Hunger brought him back within hours. Big time lier.
