I’ts not just the ndola mob, its the mentality of most men in the country, imagine even goverment officals think beating ones wife is a sign of love. What nonsense!!!

Seriously? And they say it’s ok for a man to beat up a woman in the name of love. Did they ask her why she assaulted him? He was probably irritating her. And probably a kaponya so his friends decided to act against her. I swear kaponyas need to leave our streets in peace.

What does the law say about such characters who strip people naked? As much as I agree that certain attire may not be palatable in the eyes of the community, no one should take the law in their hands.

Well we men are not supposed to do that to indisently dressed women. There is no law that forbids this kind of dressing in Zambia like in many other countries. All what is needed is for good morals from our womenfolk who think being improperly dressed will attract a lot of men to them and even some married women also want to follow suit. Surely bane if you are a husband to this woman who can go out dressed like that in the public, what else can you do when you are not even allowed to beat her? Devorce is the worst, beating her and keeping her in marriege yawamako.

Its time the ladies knew what kind of clothes to wear in public….. its become a bad trend were women dress indescently all in the name of fashion. some clothes you see these celebrities wear are worn for media attention.
have you ever seen beyonce, rihanna, keri hilson e.t.c dress like they do in their videos in public??????????

This is a result of primitive comments from such Ministers as Mr. Mwamba.Where he says beating a woman is normal in zijn Bemba culture. This has been literary taken into pratice. What do you expect in the country with the highest levesl of illiteracy and street children in that part of africa?
I think it would be a good idea if women can organize themselves an strp off Mr. Mwamba whenever they see him walking in Cairo road. Then he would feel how it is to be beaten or humiliated in public.

That’s bad, people shud respect women. They have other motives to striping women other than that some is stealing from them in the pritex of not being happy with the way they are dressed in fact with just a motive. Of stealing from them so respect our rights and happiness
