what is the minimum education standard to qualify for Sata ‘s post… run the country? surely, zambia as a country has had people graduate from all sorts of universities ….. we need leaders who have the basic three Rs!Having said that, my grandfather did not go to school but he was very educated at university of life. I know he would have had a better performance if he chance to hold an informed debate with Obama,Blair or any political leader from anywhere. Twali sebana ba Zambia for putting that ifontini in that job.
