Same Sex Clients Not Allowed To Share Hotel Rooms in DRC
Homosexuality is deemed taboo in the Democratic Republic of Congo-DRC- such that same sex clients are not allowed to share rooms in some lodges.
For the Congolese it is a practice not worth talking about. Karton Chal a Congolese national explains that if two people of the same sex are found in one room, they can be arrested and sent to jail.
In Zambia Lesbian, bisexual, and transgender persons face legal challenges as same-sex sexual activity is illegal for both males and females.
Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe once described gay people as worse than pigs and dogs.

This gay nonsense must just be outlawed everywhere. I had a horrible experience at the upmarket V & A Waterfront in Cape Town when I entered the gents restrooms and heard two white guys sobbing in a sexual act in one of the cubicles. Now, how safe is your child in their early teens or under tens in toilets at shopping malls or other public places in the presence of these gay vultures? Can you imagine what kids in schools would be doing to each other in school toilets? Do we really think of the far-reaching implications of this gay thing?

I found african gay men hustling in Cape Town myself… all sorts of people have sex in public places, its not a gay thing. I have seen heterosexual couple having sex in a public swimming pool in Zambia.
This homophobia about gays will not get “us” anywhere… pray that one of your kids doesnFt turnout to be gay… remember this, its like being born left handed, they are born that way its not a choice!!

The restriction has got nothing to do with homosexuality. It has to do with security reasons when FAC was fighting rebels, there were some spys sent to check where to hit. So goverment suspected man/man or woman/woman cant discuss other things than Subversive activities. But when in company of woman/man, he will not have time to think of anything apart from sex.
So your reasoning is not correct.

In Zambia men can enter any motel lodge or 5 stars hotel and interact with foreign men, women are chased outside or have to bribe security gaurds to enter.. Zambian 5 star hotels are haven for gays men. No women to disturb them or compete in hustling for attention from other gays.
I remember how colored gay men would chase Zambian girls away when a white man entered a bar at Inter’s or Pamodzi… they use to think that all muzungus are gays which is not the fact.
