Magistrate Tells Bulawayo Man “Improve Sex Life Or Risk Losing Your Wife”
A BULAWAYO man, Andrew Dube, was on Tuesday advised to improve on his bedroom game or risk losing his wife as he escaped with a warning and after being convicted for malicious damage to property following a scuffle with his love rival.
The magistrate charitably advised Dube to up his game in the bedroom, suggesting his wife may have resorted to extra-marital affairs because he was probably not satisfying her sexual needs.
Dube, 30, appeared before magistrate Sibongile Msipa charged threatening the man he accused of having an affair with his wife, Patricia Gamanya, and smashing his $10 phone.
The court heard that Dube’s wife, Patricia had had an affair with one Casper Ncube, a barman in Siphezini, just outside Bulawayo.
Prosecutor Masimba Saruwaka said on May 16, Dube and Ncube were having a beer drink at a local pub when the former confronted Ncube over the affair.
He then grabbed Ncube’s mobile phone and smashed it, telling fellow drinkers that he had repeatedly warned him to no avail after discovering several text messages he sent to his wife.
Dube was convicted but escaped with a warning and a caution. He was also ordered to replace the damaged mobile phone.Byo24
