TEENS Deny Porn Charges
THE two teenagers of Kafue who are allegedly behind the production of a pornographic video yesterday denied producing obscene materials with intent to corrupt morals.
The duo, including a 15-year-old girl believed to have featured in the video, appeared in the Kafue Magistrates Court.
The offence is contrary to the laws of Zambia. The duo appeared before Magistrate Evelyn Musonda who heard the plea in a packed courtroom.
Facts before the court are that on unknown dates but between February 23 an d 28 th is year, th e duo made obscene materials in Kafue.
When the details of the charge were read out, the duo denied producing the video despite the prosecutor indicating that he was in possession of the material.
Ms Musonda adjourned the matter to June 13 and 14, 2013 for commencement of trial. The boy will
appear in court on June 14 while the girls appearance has been set for June 13.
Police arrested the boy on May 28 and the girl on May 31 for allegedly shooting obscene materials and participating in sexual acts respectively.

christianity is at individual level dear and each person must deliberately and willfully decide on their own to follow Jesus and be submitted to the leading of the Holy Spirit. You cannot be born again on account of a decalration by another person!

*EARLY BOY-GIRL RELATIONSHIPS (AT12 OR 13 YEARS)
*CELL-PHONES WITHOUT INTERNET FACILITIES ARE NO LONGER WELCOME AMONG TEENS/YOUTHS
*WHEN YOU SEE A
TEEN- GIRL SMILING WHILE ON PHONE, KNOW THAT THERE IS A
TEEN-BOY ON THE OTHER LINE.
*WITH THE AFFORDABLE CELL PHONE-PRICES AROUND, TEEN PUPILS, YOUTHS WOULD RATHER HAVE 1 THAN BUYING A MATHEMATICS BOOK.
*PHONES BECOME LIKE BLOOD CELLS, A PULSE OF OUR DAILY LIFE WITHOUT WHICH WE FEEL HALF-ALIVE.

if the court handles an issue it makes more sense than the police. the police would have wanted the boy to pay them and sleep with the girl then it ends there. let those small kid be charged respectively…. they know what is wrong and right.
