Ba Kamanga what issues relating to development have you articulated in this press statement? Nothing! When you lose miserably on 20 June DO NOT blame ECZ and PF for rigging the elections, but blame yourself as you are not selling your candidate well.

You cannot do a thing in your constituency without promising the electorates. Promise is like an ambition, one cannot acheive anything in life if he/she have no ambitions. Chipimo should not rush first,he has to win the first councillor before struggling to win an MP. HE SHOULD TEST HIS WATERS AT THE WARD LEVEL.

The problem with Chipimo is a day dreamer. What development is his candidate Samuel Sikaonga going to take to Feira with Constituent Development Fund. A Member of Parliament is a legislature and not a development agent that is the central government. If an MP was a development agent the whole Zambia would have been developed by now but ubufi.But balatubepa ba kolwe aba.
