Kabwata Residents Complain Of Loud Noise From Breakpoint And Eastpoint
Dear Editor,
Its so amazing that the council is not doing anything and absolutely nothing about the noise from Breakpoint and Eastpoint.I mean even in compunds where there a 100 bars you dont have so much noise coming from the bars.
Its like these two places compete when it comes to noise pollution, there a number of discoteques between the traffic lights and Clans but how come you don’t hear music coming from them.Please ba Henry Kapata we have suffered!!!
Loud music goes on up to 4am and when do you rest? Why dont they have live bands between 7pm and 11pm since there stages are outside,something better be done please because its not healthy and its fair that our ears should be turned into head phones.

I support you 100%. These 2 places are very noise. i stay near that place i know exactly what you mean. Music is place as early as 05hrs in the morning. Please Mr. Kapata hear us and help us.
