Government has revealed that it will spend a total of one point five billion kwacha on the construction of thirty five secondary schools across the country.
Education Deputy Minister David Mabumba says government has already completed the tender process for the construction of the schools across.
Mr. Mabumba says the construction of the thirty five secondary schools will commence before the end of 2013.
Mr. Mabumba adds that works on the construction of the eighty three secondary schools inherited from the former ruling party are progressing well.
He explains that each province is getting a minimum of three secondary schools from the eighty three already under constructed across the country in addition to the thirty five which the PF government has earmarked for construction.

.How many of these will be built in Muchinga Province – the previouly forest reserve now being converted into a human habitat?
.What was the basis of allocation to the other Regions?
.Who carried out the allocation process?
.Was the number of inhabitants, size of Region, and number of schools already available in each area taken into account?

How do you define ‘evil’? Are you the Creator? Your President has made it public that he cannot feed other people’s children whilst his are starving! In his own words he thinks that would be crazy. Explan that line of thought by the head of state.

Give credit where it is due, bamumbwee imwe. The Hon. said a minimum of 3 in each province. FYI the allocation of capital projects is a prelogative of the technocrats and not politicians.

Maano has no inkling whatsoever about population distribution of the country. His knowledge about the country is scanty, to say the least!

That is foolish way of cogitating. Are you moving dead or what? Who told you that the govt has no money? Or were you expecting the govt to come to you and say here is the money for infrastructure development so that you believe like Thomas in the bible?

Maano and those he supports will never test power as both or all of them can’t see 60 metres a head of their faces and can’t think outside the box in short too dull to the say the least.

Complete what you inherited first instead of bragging about new ones. That is just cheap politicking.
