Zambia dominated 2013 COSAFA Cup individual honours list with Mukuka Mulenga winning the most valuable player award.
The 20-year-old Power Dynamos midfielder has been in inspired form in all three of Zambia’s game despite not scoring for Chipolopolo at the tournament on their way to beating Zimbabwe 2-0 at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in the COSAFA Cup final on July 20 at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.
However, the golden boot award went to Botswana striker Jerome Ramatlhakwana who reigned supreme despite leaving the tournament at the initial stage.
Ramatlhakwana finished on four goals from Botswana’s three games played before The Zebras exited from the preliminary round group stage.

Mukuka deserves the award. Continue working hard. Renar expand your collection of new players from the villages. Get rid of old players, nabakota, let the nkotes remain advisers, we will appreciate as a nation.

Clearly the lad showed class in the just ended tournament and deserves the award without doubt.Mukuka has what it takes to excel even at a higher level and here is why.
He has the pace, can take on defenders and to crown it all he is extremely visionary in the middle of the park.
Wish him well as he joins Mweene at Sundowns.
