Govt to build 40 Courts Across the Country

Ministry of Justice Deputy Minister Ngosa Simbyakula has disclosed that government has sourced enough resources to complete building of forty courts in all parts of the ten provinces.
Dr. Simbyakula says this includes the construction of court staff houses.

Dr. Simbyakula has disclosed to Qfm in an interview that this is in line with the Patriotic Front (PF) manifesto to build magistrate infrastructure in all provinces.

Dr. Simbyakula has affirmed that that the PF government remains committed to ensuring that all people in the country have access to justice.

    Good development, but remember to distribute the infrastructure equitably to all provinces, and not to give Muchinga the lion’s share as per the PF policy of nepotistic distribution of development.

    This is good. People ask WHY POVERTY? Even lack of courts in certain places forces some people to fail to access justice and remain in perpetual poverty. This must be an MDG. Nga waiba imbushi kwi Lamba, umulandu kupwila kwi Lamba, not ku town.
