Kabimba: I am Not PF Secretary General By Accident

Addressing party officials in Kaoma on Saturday, Kabimba, the PF secretary general said he posses rare leadership qualities that enabled him to execute his duties diligently.
“I am not SG (secretary general) by accident. I am able to tell when the party is strong and organised. I have the experience. I have the skills to gauge how the party is doing. Leadership responsibility is not easy. It’s not in Heaven where God appoints people but in His infinity wisdom He knows how to appoint leaders,” Kabimba said. “We didn’t win the 2011 elections by accident. It’s because God wanted to liberate Zambians from the MMD’s tribalism and corruption. It was a David and Goliath fight and most of you were shocked that we won. Bo namalyanga, bo namalikita (thieves) that’s what MMD was, and God heard the cries of His people,” he said.
Kabimba said party officials were the eyes of the party.
He said the success of President Michael Sata and the government was dependent on party officials.
Kabimba said the PF had stopped exporting supporters to areas where election were taking place.
He urged the officials to be exemplary and respectful to one another.
“No group of people will follow a leadership that’s indisciplined. If you don’t exhibit tolerance, humility and respect, people will not follow you. People would rather resolve to starve instead of following a bad leadership because as a good leader, you are the magnet of the community,” he said.
Kabimba said party officials needed to work harder now than they did while in the opposition.
He said those that were not appointed into government should support those serving the people of Zambia in various departments.
Kabimba said those that were found undermining presidential appointees would be silently blacklisted in Lusaka.
He said those that wanted positions should show commitment to the party.
“It’s an insult to undermine people appointed by His Excellency the President. Remain united and continue working hard. If we spend our energies fighting one another, we won’t deliver. Our focus should be unity in the party and development in Western Province,” said Kabimba.

Mr Kabimba you’re the most organised SG than any SG from any opposition party, from the time you were in opposition until now. True it is, it s not by accident not at all you’re a hard working Secretary General. Only those who never voted for PF can hate you. The way you talk means you’re a big party member recruiter.Viva PF Viva President Sata!

Isaac surely how do you support such an arrogant, impolite and rude person of Kabimba make? This makes me believe that you’re not a leader of substance yourself. It is not about PF but the arrogant behavior that Winter exhibits in public. Tiyeni nayo PF yanu ba Isaac, we are patiently waiting for you in 2016 to prove Winter’s prowess in politics.

HH runs a tribal political party and as such would not go anywhere. The furthest he would go is to become a councillor in Magoye or his home area in Monze.

Plz fellow youths,bad and pathetic coments to our national leaders wont build us in any way,but let as comment on what the government is responding to the cancer of unemployment to the lofing fellow youths,and they should update us ,why of all the 60%educated youths in our nation,only 30-25% are either economicaly empowerd or have jobs,plz,plz un-planed by-elactions will drain the national treatiary and go back to HIPC.It pains to be loffing……to those doing nothing.

This was the right forum and his comments to his own members are in order.
Unfortunately Isaac spoiled the soup by saying only those who did not vote for PF hate Mr Kabimba.
That is not true. Even Mr. Kabimba would not agree with you. Those who voted for other political parties can still be attracted by PF through intelligent campaigns, good policies and especially good behaviour. Why do you think some MPs are defecting if indeed they hated Mr Kabimba?? I find your comment to be against nation building. So you hate all Zambians who did not vote for PF? That means over 50% of all people who voted are all your enemies? How do you survive, man? You must be looking over your shoulders every time you are out on the street and even in your house coz some of your family members could have voted differently. That is a very hard life you have chosen.

No PF member defected to any political party since 2011, the only pipo whom you say defected were PF sympathizers. There is difference between a party member and a sympathizer tell me which PF member left the party,a genuine member for that matter? The answer is non.

My friend go to any rural place you will see what is happening, pipo are seeing roads,dams are being made for the first time since independence. Infact PF will gunner a lot of votes in the rural areas and mind you rural dwellers consititute a large number of voters.
