The (E.C.Z) Electoral Commission of Zambia paraded itself on Top of an Anti Hill condemning Chief Mpenzeni who attended the PF rally .Now that an issue has come up,We want the ECZ to clarify on the matter raised by the ITZ concerning the Electorol Act.Could it be true that the the whole ECZ went into a slumber and allow the Electoral Act to be siege by some self individuals?
The people of Zambia need clarity on this matter and the commission should not be allowed to continue wasting Tax payers money by deliberate not discharging the duties that the people of Zambia has mandated them to do.
